Shipping and Handling Policy:
Shipping and Handling will be through the USPS unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Additional charges will apply to shipments mailed to an incorrect address due to erroneous information. Orders will be processed within 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after verification. Please check that all information submitted online or on your order form is complete and correct.
Freight costs will be calculated and added to your subtotal at time of shipping once we have the exact shipping weight. Freight rate estimates can be calculated by visiting the USPS website, or by clicking here. Rates vary based on the gross weight of the parcel and your shipping zone.
Payment accepted is due in US currency. Credit cards accepted are Master Card and Visa. Other forms of payments accepted in US currency include Check, eCheck, and Money Orders. Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. Sales Tax will be added to all Hawai'i Residents.
Return and/or Cancellation Policy:
If we are not able to ship to your country you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please notify us by e-mail with an explanation of why you would like to return the product. Unless we are at fault in filling the order, returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges. No returns are accepted after 30 days of shipment. All items must be returned in original packaging and in good condition.
If you notice that a package has been damaged upon arrival, you may refuse receipt of the order. If you discover that items have been damaged after the package has been opened, please notify us by e-mail immediately for return and or replacement. Please save original packing material for return.
Customer information will not be shared, forwarded, or sold to any outside persons, entities, or companies.
